5. The inflatable doll is NOT part of the prize (you dirty fuckers!!)

1. The Promoter

• The promoter is beastinthehead.com, correspondence address: beast@beastinthehead.com

2. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Promoter, their family members, or anyone professionally connected to the draw are excluded from entering.

3. How to Enter

• The draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
• To enter, follow the steps on Instagram @beastinthehead
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Use of automated entry software is prohibited.

4. The Prize

• The prize is one (1) handmade, 7ft, fibreglass dinghy
• The boat is currently under construction with an estimated completion date yet to be confirmed.. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if the build cannot be completed.
• The prize does not include a trailer, engine, or safety equipment unless stated.
• Collection only: The winner is responsible for collecting the boat from [Harlow, Essex, UK]. No delivery will be provided.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• One winner will be chosen at random by a verifiably random computer process within 7 days of the build completion.
• The winner will be notified via [Email/Direct Message] within 7 days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. Limitation of Liability and Safety

• This is a handmade recreational vessel. The prize is awarded “as is,” and the Promoter makes no warranties regarding its fitness for a particular purpose.
• The winner is solely responsible for ensuring the boat is used safely, insured, and licensed in accordance with UK waterway regulations.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the prize.

• Entrants must provide explicit consent to receive marketing emails; this is not a condition of entry.
