Apart from harbouring (See what I did there? See what I did there?) aspirations of being a wandering Lothario I am in the middle of a study-at-home course to become a qualified private investigator. No, I shit you not. Only this study-at-home thing isn’t a good strategy for me. Too many distractions. It’s taken me 2 years to get half way through the damned thing. Apart from the distractions it’s not cheap so have had to put that on the back burner at times anyway.
“Dude, you just bought a fucking yacht! You could have used that money to…. never mind.”
“A sailing detective, I’m going to be surrounded by hot birds!”
“I give up.”
I decided I’d put my “private dic” skills to good use and try and find out what make and model my new girlfriend was. After all I’d need to know this sort of thing for when buying parts. More importantly though I needed the specs of the boat so I could get the bloody thing transported closer to home. My first obvious port of call (See what I di…..) was a boat forum. That proved fruitful. If only for the fact I managed to find out the exact make and model of the boat.
“You need to stop with the nautical references!”
“No way, people will think I actually know what I’m doing.”
So here is what she’s supposed to look like, a long journey ahead… she’s a Foxcub 18
