This is not a progress update. Instead it’s a partial result of my quest for further information about the make and model of the boat. I’ve been trying for a while now to quench my thirst for details about the boat. Most recently trying to see if I could find a brochure that may have been produced for the boat.
I happened across the website for a nearby boat yard and they had available for download the various brochures for the different models of boat Reliance Marine/Relcraft had produced. They had a link to the 23 foot version of the boat but the link was broken, very frustrating. I reached out to the boat yard and asked if by any chance they had a copy of the brochure .
The legends at Jones Boat Yard did not disappoint and very kindly sent me a PDF version of the brochure. The brochure was for the working boat version of mine. Interesting to see that the working version was used for police and customs operations. I may install a light bar on the cockpit canopy just for shits and giggles. Nee-fucking Naw!
