I was down at the boat for a few hours today. No surprises there. The objective was to build a template for the bulkhead between the cabin and engine bay, seal one of the front windows (temporarily), remove all the hardware from The Little Turd and then to remove the hull cap/trim, or whatever the fuck it’s called. All successfully done I think, well apart from a few whoopsies whilst taking the hull cap off. Nothing a bit of fibreglass can’t fix. Hopefully. I also completely removed the transom wood as it was completely rotten.
The plan for this week is to get the bulkhead cut and fitted, and to sand and repair the hull cap for The Little Turd. Doable. Hopefully.
